Ian is the most experienced and technically proficient vinegar maker in Australia. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Australian Vinegar, as well as new product development. In addition to his many years of vinegar making experience, Ian has 10 years of professional winemaking experience in large winemaking enterprises.
