The Australian Vinegar Corporate Head office and Innovation Centre was completed in 2017 after 4 years of design, development and construction.
Located in Stanthorpe, the new vinegar facility brings the very best of world standard vinegar making to Queensland. The new centre incorporates the most modern vinegar technology currently available for vinegar research and development, and commercial production.
The facility has been built to accommodate significant scaling of the business over the next 10 years.
The facility accommodates fermentation systems ranging from pilot scale to very large production capacity. The Stanthorpe facility is considered world best standard and one of the most advanced and well-designed vinegar facilities globally.
Prior to 2017, production was farm based in nearby Ballandean The new facility has meant capacity and efficiencies have significantly increased and Australian Vinegar is now the largest specialised vinegar maker in Australia.
The new facility was officially opened by His Excellency Governor the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd) Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia and Lady Cosgrove in February 2017,.
